This policy explains what information the Dazzle Invoicing app for Windows ("the app") and this website handle, why, and what control you have. The app is provided by Vayuvista Technolabs ("we", "us").

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you create an account. Your password is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Business data you enter: customers, vendors, products, services, invoices, estimates, bills and similar records you create in the app.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active plan, checked through the Microsoft Store.

The app does not receive your payment card details. Payments are handled by Microsoft.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and sign you in
• To store your records and, if you turn it on, sync them online
• To unlock the features included in your plan
• To reply to your support requests

3. Where your data is stored

By default, your business data is stored on your own device. If you turn on online sync, a copy is also stored in Supabase cloud storage. Each account can access only its own data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app, which are Supabase for accounts and cloud storage and Microsoft for the Store and subscriptions, or when the law requires it.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

• On your device: data stays until you delete it in the app (Settings, then Delete All Data) or uninstall the app.
• In the cloud: to permanently delete your account and cloud data, email us from the address you signed up with. We process requests within 30 days.

6. Your choices

• Ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us
• Turn off online sync so your data stays on your device
• Cancel a subscription through your Microsoft account

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including account-level access controls on cloud data. No system is completely secure, so we recommend keeping backups of your data in the app (Settings, then Backup & Restore).

8. This website

This website does not use advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message.

9. Children

Dazzle Invoicing is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
